Entrees
London Broil- Flank Steak marinated in Chef Paul's own Captain Black's Marinade grilled and topped with a mushroom & rosemary infused glaze.
Chicken Marsala- Sauteed Chicken breast topped with wild mushrooms and a rosemary and a Marsala demi glaze.
Maltese Salmon- Crispy Seared Salmon with a Valencia Orange Hollandaise.
Tuscan Vegetable Stir Fry- Vegan Option
Served Dinners include Garden Salad with house dressing, Warm rolls with butter, Tuxedo Truffle Cake, Coffee or Tea.
Children's Menu: Chicken Fingers with French Fries, Fresh Fruit Cup and Juice.
Deadline to reserve tickets is December 4th.
