Scholarship 

Since our founding in 1969, FAAR has grown into an organization that puts community first by helping those in our local Rochester Community as well as those who are in the Philippines. One of our goals is to offer education assistance to deserving Filipino and Filipino American students.  For this purpose, the FAAR Educational Fund was established in 2018 to honor Dr. Eve A Tamayo, FAAR charter member, past president, board member, and long-time FAAR advisor who believes education is one of the keys to life's success.
